Leadership Characteristics Prominent at Worksites

It was a big advantage that the rubric and matrix tools were prepared in advance of arrival at the worksites. However, it was soon realized the original rubric did not represent the most prominent leadership characteristics that individual worksites illustrated, and therefore it had to be expanded to include more specific characteristics. Instead of the original eleven characteristics, there were nineteen on the final rubric. Even though some worksites showcased quite a few, or perhaps all of these characteristics, only four predominant characteristics are marked on the rubric for each site. Ultimately, I decided to omit a few characteristics from the final draft of the rubric, even though they had been observed at each worksite: Adaptability, Discipline, Humbleness, and Sacrifice.

Also noted in the Rubric is a prominent leadership characteristic from each piece of literature used in the RWL comparison.
